Endocrinology PA - Outpatient Only - Experience Required

Skagit Regional Health is actively seeking a Physician Assistant to help expand our current team of three Endocrinology providers due to increased demand.  Highlights:

• Thrive in a collaborative environment alongside our two (2) physicians and one (1) PA. Clinical support staff consists of MAs and RNs.
• Benefit from an excellent work-life balance, with a weekday only schedule focused only on outpatient care. No inpatient call duties and ample time off.
• This is a full time position with a 36-hour schedulable patient contact hour work expectation.
• Our practice caters to a diverse adult patient base with a large number of diabetes management while also addressing a spectrum of other endocrine disorders.
• This is a hospital-employed position with support from our in-house primary and specialty care referral base.
• Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization.

 Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in physician assistant studies from an accredited program.
• 2-4 years of PA practice experience is required. Endocrinology experience highly preferred.
• Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start.

 Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary range: $121,287-$139,617 DOE with productivity incentives.

• Skagit Valley Hospital is a licensed 137-bed facility with a Level III Trauma Center.
