As Executive Vice President of PA-Career.com and NP-Career.com, Tom leads in matching physician assistants and nurse practitioners to new opportunities with healthcare systems, hospitals and clinics with open positions. He brings more than 22 years of experience in healthcare, including 12 years in the physician assistant and nurse practitioner recruitment industry and has been instrumental in setting the strategic direction of PA-Career.com and NP-Career.com.
A real visionary, he positioned PACareer and NPCareer to be physician assistant and nurse practitioner databases and job boards that never sell their information to other recruitment firms, thereby creating an exceptional recruiting tool for in-house recruiters in search of physician assistants and nurse practitioners. The company also distributes a daily Hot Doc report to the job boards’ subscribers to give real-time access to newly added candidates.
Tom lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, with his wife and, together, they have two sons and a daughter. He enjoys playing golf, tennis, softball and chasing after his grandkids. Tom volunteers his time to serving on the Alumni Board of Elder High School, as well as serving as a Director of the Joe Acito Fund, a charity that awards scholarships. Tom earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio, after completing an Associate of Science program in Medical Laboratory Technology at Cincinnati Technical College.
