Advanced Practice Provider – Full-Time

Inhospital Physicians is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for a full-time night admissions role at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, LA. Join our dynamic team providing top-tier patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Location: Rapides Regional Medical Center, Alexandria, LA
Employer: Inhospital Physicians (IHP)

Position Details:

• Schedule: 7 on/7 off schedule, swing & night shifts.
• Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct admissions for patients during night shifts.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide thorough and timely documentation using MEDITECH EMR.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team.
• Facility: A leading acute care hospital providing exceptional care to the Alexandria community.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Louisiana.
• Experience in hospital medicine, internal medicine, or acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage patients independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
